Asha joined The Wealth Connection in August 2025 after relocating to the South Coast with her family. While new to the financial services industry, she brings a wealth of experience from her background in Human Resources, where she specialised in remuneration within the manufacturing sector. Her expertise in navigating complex systems and working closely with people has provided a strong foundation for her transition into the client services space.

Known for her attention to detail and natural problem-solving abilities, Asha takes a thoughtful, client-focused approach to everything she does. She is passionate about delivering high-quality support and is always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Outside of work, Asha enjoys an active lifestyle and making the most of coastal living with her husband Luke and their three young children. Whether it’s spending time on the ocean, going for beach walks, or fitting in a workout, staying active helps her feel energised and balanced.
