Since joining The Wealth Connection in 2016, Tristan has developed extensive expertise in finance and mortgage broking, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. He takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients by understanding their goals and being a trusted, ongoing point of contact for their financial needs.

Before his career in finance, Tristan represented Australia as a member of the Men’s Hockey Team for many years. The discipline, teamwork, and drive for excellence that defined his sporting career now underpin his approach to mortgage broking, ensuring every client receives advice of the highest quality.

As a Partner, Tristan combines his client work with a hands-on role in mentoring brokers and refining the firm’s processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across the business. His focus is on strengthening The Wealth Connection’s reputation for exceptional service while supporting the long-term growth of the team and the brand.

Away from work, Tristan enjoys time with his young family and remains an active sportsman, playing hockey and touch football locally.
